5:30 PM - Approximately

Well since the band got back together, which it didn't, we have started writing/recording the new cd.

Behind me everyone is working to set up all the gear in the basement. I am doing absolutely nothing, I only came here for free wireless on my laptop.

Today we will be recording the drum tracks for the first 3-5 songs in the preproduction process of recording the next album from the band that may or may not even exist.

5:41 PM

Just finished setting up all the pro-tools equipment and the drum set. Attempting to go for the quickest setup ever since Sal decided to show up 3 hours late leaving us waiting in Mario's car, while I had to take a shit.

It took Sal 10 minutes to find a drum key that was attatched to his keys.

Sal states "I have a hot date tonight, I'll tell all your moms I said hi."

Anyway the three songs that we intend on starting today are called "Boston," "Untitled," and "New Song."

Boston was written almost two years ago during the last lineup in when we moved in with Sal for a few days at his apartment in Boston, MA.

Untitled and New Song (temporary titles) are newer creations concocted in the past few weeks since we've been playing together.

6:30PM

The first song has been started Sal is tracking out the drums for "Untitled." The way that we are doing it is pretty cool and hopefully you'll like it when you hear it soon.
