It's sure been a lot of fun, lately.  I know I've been telling you all about the new cuts for quite some time, now, but as you know, things have been in sort of a state of change around here.  We no longer have a "lead guitar player", other than yours truly, although I'm not ruling that out in the future, so many of the tracks recorded by Dennis won't be heard when we finally release this gem.  The approach, by necessity, has had to change slightly.  But it's been exciting.  I've never claimed to be a great lead player, but in all of the three piece bands I've been in, I've just tried to do my best.  So now I find myself approaching the lead guitar much the same way I do songwriting: play around with what sounds and feels good and then compose, compose, compose.  I'm also trying to put myself into the shoes of some of my heroes, i.e.: "what would Brian May do?".  I also finished a vocal take on "Important" this morning.  Yeah, I know, you've heard that one before.  But I seem to have fallen in love with the song again, so what the heck.  This is all about me, anyway, right?  I promise you, this will be the Definitive Version.  I hope you like it as much as I do.
