Just wanted to update our blog and let everyone know that we will be taking a little break from performing in the next few months. 2008 has been a great year for HAYSHAKER, we played over 40 shows and experienced some success with our first CD release "Black Holiday in Mexico City".

We are currently working on our next release "The Delimma of Swamp County". (I'm not 100% sure if that's going to be the title or not but that's what we're calling it for now).  Anyway, it's another seven song EP with a good variety of generes and sounds. We called in some friends to put down some additional instrumentation and even recorded some cover songs.  This album is a lot more raw than the last and should be more representitve of how we sound live.  The whole thing should be finished in the next month or so.

So, if you want to catch us live check our calendar and try to make it to one of the next gigs we have scheduled.  Otherwise, you might not see us for a little while.  --Chris
