Ok, so, I know what you are going to be thinking...he has way to much time on his hands or he is completely out of his mind. I started thinking the other night how to do promotions with no money! Here is what I came up with. You can be the judge and see if I am nuts or not.

Now, my ideas aren't by any means "normal" things that most people or musicians think about.

This came to me as I was sitting in line at a fast food place (fast food? why is it that, when it takes forever to get from the speaker to the window...?? That's another story). So, my 2 year old really just wants the toy that comes with the "food" and I use the term loosely. Have you noticed that all the toys relate to the major film studios as they try to promote their movie. Well, what if we, you, went your local restaurant or bar and asked if they could name a sandwich or food item after your band! That should not be hard especially, if you are a regular. Or if you work (to pay the bills until you're discovered) have a drink named after you like the ALL ACCESS Morning After Smoothie or a sandwich, the ALL ACCESS Ultimate Club. You get the idea. The special name would give you additional exposure. Or if you play at the same bar often....have them name a cocktail after your band like the ALL ACCESS Painkiller!
