Brainstorm
by MrDaMan

The lightening is a dull glow behind murky veils of dreams. A
milkyway galaxy encased in the skull, shuttered from the senses by
will power alone. A lie, but it will do,
scattered pain and pleasure can defeat the purpose.
Light is a shadow, a dull reflection that rises from an eclipse of the
soul hiding behind the spirit.
Look, look… look away, it burns…
Oh silhouette, dance for me, dance upon the dreams.
Flavor reality with creative boon, inspire the love and dampen the
hatred… it has had its time upon the stage.
Encourage the sensuous dawn even as the sunset draws fears. Free
the tears of joy to rain forgetfulness of pain.
Thunder in the heart, beat, beat, beat thrum…
Catch my death in the breath of life, screaming love from the
essence of timeless being. Crash the senses as a hurricane howling
in winds of such exhilarating grace.
Rage, rage with the poets of yesteryear, ply the paths of lesser
roads that make the all the difference. Roar in manifest destiny and
feel with all tingle, the hair on the nape standing in applause of a
life well lived…
Brainstorm… tear open the mind, free the inhibitions, will it be
horror or wonder, will it be blood or loves nectar?
Now open the shutters of your soul and write!
Oh there it is! The answer…. It’s it’s…
