THE LEAP PROGRAM: Saturday September 20th @ 1:00 PM

All high school bound students, ages 11-13, preparing for entry into dance programs of specialized high schools will gain benefit from the classes of this unique program. Former students have gained entrance to La Guardia High School of Music and the Arts, Professional Performing Arts School and Talent Unlimited.

GESTURES DANCE ENSEMBLE: Friday September 26 @ 4:30 PM

This pre-professional resident company of Harbor Conservatory for the Performing Arts gives talented teens, ages 13-19, the opportunity to train and develop the technical skills and artistry required to be a dancer. The program is designed to engage students on a professional level; offering technique and master classes, rehearsals with professional choreographers, and performance opportunities. This 20th Anniversary season promises to be an exciting one with new works set by new choreographers.

This company is meant for the serious-minded student who is interested in pursuing a career in the Theater. Analyze dramatic texts, create characters, and perform for live audiences!
