The Hometown Connection

....I drove down some of the dirtroads that wind around my hometown.
I remembered times and laughed out loud ...shed a tear for the ones i missed.....
said a prayer for the ones i loved......
..said another prayer for the ones i do not know...
and drank a toast to the here and now.
The Hometown Connection, for me, was a good one.
