It's stormy outside. I haven't seen rain for a while because I've been at home in Minneapolis. It's been below zero there. So no rain, only snow. I'm happy to be in Nashville again. My record is almost done, we're down to the wire here. I just finished all my vocals except for one song.

Coffee is my drug. I don't function unless I drink it. It's terrible because unlike the average coffeholic, I drink it morning, noon, and night. I've built up quite a tolerance since I started drinking it at age six, and so it doesn't affect me as much.

Tomorrow we record strings on the last song in my record. It's unlike anything I've done before. It's a tap piece, and I'm playing electric. It'll be interesting. It was a last minute decision to have the song on the record, but It's a decision I'm glad we made.

I'm really excited to get this record out there, and I can't wait to hear feedback from all of you. This project marks the start of a long musical journey that I hope you all will take with me. You've been really awesome so far, and I appreciate the support you've given.
