My electric bills never did make sense. Same with my parents who lived next door until their deaths. No matter what we did, our power bills were out of control. No help - no answers. Until my neighbors recently mentioned that we both had a quick power surge at the same time, in the middle of the night.


1. How could they have known my power went off/on at approx. 2:00 a.m.
2. How did they know that regardless of me being in bed, I was awake and fully aware of my answering machine shutting itself off then turning back on.
3. Most importantly, having lived here my entire 55 yrs, I knew that the power on my block was totally separate from the power across the street.!


This occurred near the same time my neighbors had out-of-town company - a large motor home parked in their driveway. I had a *feeling* they were up to something so I kept a look at my meter, which was spinning wildly, even though I only had 2-3 items plugged in. Every day, I shut the meter off until my laptop battery ran out or my refrigerator needed another boost. But that got old real fast, and I let it go. That is when my utility bill skyrocketed an ADDITIONAL $450+/- for ONE month.

With my phones tapped (verified by $350 Tele-Tap) it was no secret I reported this to the electric company (PG&E.) By the following morning, after all these years, all the overhead lines going across the street were gone.

My electric bill may have been cut by 2/3 but no investigation due to disclosure laws.

Coincidence? These are the same neighbors who previously lived 3 doors down, next to Bill Polzin, when he was murdered. They lied about the facts before, during, and after Bill's death. Behind secret replacement of the city water system. These neighbors lied about the preparations and major reconstruction to city AND private properties - including theirs. Where utility poles had also been replaced / relocated / reconnected without any record of it.


There is no record for all the relocation, altering, replacing, and additional utility poles throughout town. Linked to Wilbert G. Swieso who tried to swindle me of $2,000 when the one behind my house was relocated and all cables were on the ground. He panicked when PG&E was mentioned; his group reconnected everything, which resulted in an additional $900+/- to my bill that month.


They refer to themselves as "People Watchers." They boast of hidden cameras inside/outside of homes, offices and motels throughout Fresno / Clovis (more.) They talk of electric theft as well as "gassing through vents" to rob, violate, switch medications, switch / copy keys; switch jewelry, etc. They talk of murder (they have a trail of burglaries, ID theft, forged deeds of people never seen again) and selling babies of their victims. They claim to override alarm systems, tap phones and hack computers. All linked to the utility poles that now seem to be EVERYWHERE.


How could anyone not see the shambles that Fresno has become as a result of being torn inside out, without permits / inspections / safety precautions to secretly replace the water system. Surely altered records are not enough to cover this up. Blocks made smaller; street lights and fire hydrants now setting right in the middle of sidewalks that are now more narrow! Despite the fact that there are fewer structures on each block, there are twice as many utility poles - they are everywhere!  

For those who feel like they are being watched ..... most likely they are correct.  As for utility theft, it could not be easier.

This group had the wires taken down - as usual, PG&E has no record for any of this. Nor will they look into utility theft because "it is not their job." Not only did they tell me that over the telephone, I went downtown and personally spoke with one of the PG&E personnel - she explained that nothing was stolen from THEM, it was stolen from their customer, in which case nothing would be done. Not even when it involves their own employees and/or equipment. Or possibly linked to an unsolved murder. Or suspected homicides. I would have had to report it while the lines were still up, or have a picture. My computer is hacked; no pictures. In the past, when I used to see PG&E trucks parked at my neighbor's house I walked over and asked them what all the wires were for. No help or answers - only told that the wires belonged there. So many crimes; if one was looked into the rest would come down like dominoes. Sounds easy, but not when it involves municipal corruption - as they say, "You can't fight City Hall." They keep their victims closely monitored at all times not only to carry out their 50-yr cover-up but to intercept and sabotage any reports or attempts to seek help.

PG&E Smart Meters Under Fire

No different than when my bill escalated $900+/- for one month or the additional costs every month after that - PG&E insisted their meters were correct. I am no longer arguing.

The group behind the secret water diversion operation is relocating / reconnecting utility poles. (There are witnesses besides me.) PG&E's records are then altered to make it appear that the poles were always as they are now.

Ever hear of utility theft? PG&E will not investigate, regardless if you know WHO is stealing it because "it is not their job." They say it is not stolen from THEM - it is stolen from their customer. Therefore, disclosure laws protect anyone stealing utilities. Doesn't matter that PG&E's employees are involved in this operation (conspiring with Swieso.) Unless you have a photo of the lines connected to the where the theft is occurring - no help. Unfortunately, the group behind this also boast of tapped phones, hacked computers, etc. linked to these poles so getting help before the problem is rectified is next to impossible.

This is linked to the crossed phone lines and excessive power surges in Fresno, CA. With altered records, PG&E's office personnel remain oblivious, which is why there is no help.

Homeowners are blaming PG&E Smart Meter system for the unexplained increases to their utility bills. PG&E Smart Meters Under Fire 10/21/09

I used to blame the electric meter - so did others. PG&E repeatedly told us there was nothing wrong with our meters so either pay or have service shut off. Turns out that it was not the meters.

RECAP: I have already provided evidence of Fresno's utility poles being switched, relocated, reconnected as well as all the additional poles throughout town creating the ADA violations. In addition to the fake work crew who is not licensed or authorized to touch these poles, various PG&E employees conspire in the operation - then they have PG&E's records altered to make it appear that things were always as they are now.

I have written blogs pertaining to utility theft and the lack of help due to Disclosure Laws. According to PG&E, the utilities are not stolen from THEM, they are stolen from their customers, therefore it is "not their problem."

I have written blogs regarding the "People Watchers" linked to these utility poles - boasting of tapped phones, hacked computers, bypassing alarm systems, hidden cameras and utility theft.

Keep in mind that there are other witnesses besides me, who have seen the utility pole altering taking place without authorization, permits or inspections. Including who is behind it - Wilbert G. Swieso, the man who has spent 50 yrs tearing the city inside out as the water system has been secretly replaced.




The poles MUST be relocated to line back up to the structures that have been altered / rebuilt on top of the secretly replaced water system, as described on my page. But why are there so many MORE utility poles than there used to be. Fewer structures yet more poles - they are everywhere. Why.

Fresno's power infrastructure has been severely compromised by a group not authorized, followed by altered records to cover up the evidence. With no permits, inspections or safety precautions behind this operation, imagine the code violations. This is what the Smart Meter system is connected to.

Since the argument is that there is nothing wrong with the Smart Meter system, perhaps it is time to look beyond the altered records and find out who exactly is in control of our power infrastructure and what has been done.

Structures throughout Fresno have been completely re-wired without permits or inspections. In my case, the power fraud was not only via overhead wires/cables, but a portion my home is still wired (cross-connected) elsewhere. (Most likely, next door, linked to this group/Swieso.) In the past my telephone was cross-connected 1 block away.

Repeated power surges "fried" 2 of my computers.

Kerry Trost, Sr Risk Analyst, mentioned in the above threatening letter is the risk analyst who was PAID to commit perjury to cover up the unauthorized alterations to city and public property, altered records to cover it up (as described on my page.) Suspected homicides and attempted murder to pull it off. PERJURY behind a Restraining Order, which Mr. Trost said Mayor Alan Autry instructed him to do. So while the City demands I speak to no one other than Mr. Trost - Mr. Trost refuses to acknowledge me.

Death threats and sexual harassment followed.
