With all the news outlets depicting how our economy is at a downturn, the cutting political debates that haven't let up for the past 18 months, and the diminishing jobs in our city, it's hard to get any rest from these discouraging headlines. However, here's good news; the AMA Annual Membership Drive was a great success!

Account Executive Greenspun Media Group - In Business Las Vegas
Tell me about your position at Greenspun Media Group. Can you tell me about the company?
I am an A.E. with In Business Las Vegas. IBLV started in 2000 and has grown to be the premiere weekly business newspaper in the LV market. IBLV is owned by the Greenspun Media Group, which is the largest Media/Publishing company in Southern NV.
Who are some of your clients?
Most of the major banks in the market. Many of the well-known law firms and Commercial RE companies as well.
How long have you been living in Las Vegas?
24 years.
How long have you been an AMA Las Vegas Chapter member?
8 years.
How long have you been on the Board of AMA as the VP of Member Relations? Why did you choose to volunteer your time for AMA?
3 years - I volunteer because AMA is an extremely professional and socially accessible group of business people. This organization only continues to get better through the years.
How has your AMA membership benefited you personally and professionally?
I have made so many great friends through this organization and signed several quality clients as well.
What can you tell business professionals about the benefits of continuing marketing efforts throughout this financial downturn?
If you are out of sight - you are out of mind. It's that simple.
Anything else you'd like to share?
Las Vegas has a terrific community of quality business professionals especially in the marketing/advertising field. It's been a real blessing to be a part of this thriving and dynamic city. Onward and upward.
