hello and happy new year to that one person out there who actually reads my blogs! how you doin' buddy? glad you're back!

i'm sitting in my hotel room at Sam's Town in Las Vegas. I was doing really well at the blackjack table early this morning. i turned 21 bucks into 47 in an hour. then i went to the poker bar and turned 20 bucks into 40 in five minutes. now six hours later i'm back down 40 bucks. but at least i walked away a winner twice today before i started gambling again. oh yeah, i'm here for the 11th annual PUNK ROCK BOWLING TOURNAMENT put on by B.Y.O. records. i'm on the Burning Tree Records team. we bowl at 6pm tonite. i'll tell you how bad we did later.

what's this got to do with my music? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. just thought i'd share this experience with you. expecially since i haven't played out in a while (at least not any gigs worth  mentioning).

but the good news is my brother and i are working on an album of trip hop, breaks & psychadelic shit that'll blow your minds! we sampled a lot of shit from the artists that influenced us as youngsters. the sampled artists range from RUSH, VAN HALEN, STYX, BEATLES and many more.

the concept of the album is evolving all the time and by the timee we're finished with it (hopefully by summer) it'll be one of the great works of the early 21st century. a landmark in the evolution of pop & electronic music.
