yes, it is a form of art, hell with flash, you can make pics, and so on, that when resized, stay perfect quality!!! and why is this?? becuse, flash uses a thing called vecters, not pixels (I.E. photoshp, gimp, and the like) so when a doodel si collerd in Flash, you can have an ity bitty pic, resized 1000 fold, and not loose any thing to pixelation. not only that. it can add depth and relisim, via animation. evean if its nothing more then snow falling in the back ground, or the picture winking at you. now i beg any of you, ANY ONE!!! to try and prove me wrong!!!! post, and discuss@!!!!
