people,

after getting these two black moth super rainbow cds in the mail plus the upcoming tobacco one from mister tom and then listening to all three much/constantly, I feel it's my duty to let you all know about this music if you already haven't. as an old punk rock bass wrasler from pedro, please trust me on giving these jams a listen. I ain't telling you what to think, just asking you to give a listen cuz it whupped up big time on me when I did and I was way grateful for the turn-on so I'm trying to repay that debt a little here by posting this. pass the word if so inclined!

on bass, watt

march 19, 2008: I saw them (bmsr) last night for the first time play - a mindblow of a gig, incredible... even at a sterile mall-type jive joint in hollywood - they got the place way lit... go experience this band, that's what I'm trying to say!

interview w/tobacco of black moth super rainbow up now on the march 20, 2008 edition of the watt from pedro show (twfps.com)

Been listening to BMSR for a few months now and they are fantastic. I would also reccomend the album they did with The Octopus Project called "The House of Apples and Eyeballs"...very good as well.

Frankly, I keep coming back to your page to listen to the Tobacco tune. It's my favorite thing I have heard in some time.
