BRAINLADEL just finally caught TALISMAN the band at John and Peters yesterday! So totally cool!! One of the best shows I've seen in years. If a descent major label doesn't pick these guys up soon,..Dammit!  I'll start my pwn label! Seriously! From the start I was locked on, every song had a story and a feel all it's own. Crystal's vocals through all the tunes was out of this world. I dug everything and couldn't take my eyes off these guys. Steven's bass leads and riffs were clean, clear and tighter than a frogs ass..amazing. Their drummer, Mike DeAngelis,..totally rock solid and flawless,...leaving ZERO doubt that he's the master of his own square 10 feet. (The Ladel want's to steal him away) Then, The amazing Jim Nichols...I know my fair share of great giutarists, but Christ!!..this guy has to be one of the top 10 in PA! His melodic riffs and seasoned control of the delay and feedback,....Awe inspiring!  People have to get out and see the real professionals once in a while. I'm glad we did.  CY
