I feel that it's better to imply the where and when of Gig of The Month, March-style, rather than just tell you outright.
There was an empty ballroom, a beautiful little boy asleep on yellow velvet, an Audrey, and upstairs i think were two girls speaking french and looking tough, but they never made it down.
when we stopped playing, there was a silence that lay on the place like a vintage samsonite full of bricks.
yes, that heavy.
