contest ever!
To take part on the competition you
have to accept our rules and agree the conditions from the remix contract which
you can find together with all important files in the remix kit here:
Note: By downloading the files you
are deemed to have accepted not to offend against the copyrights of the owner
of the recorded work. You may use it only for the purposes of the competition
and in accordance with these rules, terms and conditions.
For the avoidance of doubt you are
not permitted to exploit recordings supplied or remixes created without “Out Of Line Music” prior written consent!

The closing date for the
competition is 6th September 2009. Remixes
submitted after this date will not be considered by judges. The judge’s
decision as to which remix is the winner and in which format the contribution is going to be released is
final.
The winner remix will be published
on the forthcoming Solitary
Experiments album “In The
Eye Of The Beholder” as special on the bonus CD.
