Current mood:  pissed off
Category: Music

So, a company called discmakers was supposed to be duplicating, and mastering the disc, to be fully ready to ship no later than August 7.   The motherfuckers got all of the stuff... artwork, premaster record, and a few thousand dollars (from NGP) to boot.  After reviewing the order for about 9 buisness days, they call NGP and say something to the effect:  "We are going to decline duplicating and mastering this product due to the fact that there are movie samples in it".

Wankers!

Apparently we are SOOO inovative as to be the very first industrial band to PUT FUCKING MOVIE SAMPLES IN THEIR WORK!!!!!  So now we are bust our asses to FTP the album to a mastering studio in Montreal, and praying that we can get at least a hundred copies or so pressed before these upcoming shows.  One of the main reasons for our waiting as long as we have to perform live is the fact that we wanted some marketing infastructure set up before hand... i.e. CDs, shirts, website, etc, and discmakers is fucking us.  They hung us out to dry, and they are gonna die in the first goddamn wave.

Got the master back.  There will be a limited edition of the album released limited to 100 copies, and they will be available at the GenCon show in a couple of weeks.  After that, the Album will be officially released, available for purchase anywhere music is sold.  The Limited edition discs will only be available at the Apophis Consortium booth at the convention, and at our merch area at the show, along side our superbly badass shirts - (http://www.seatthole.com/shirt-portfolio.php?page=3&bigger=344&side=front).  After the 100 copies or the limited edition are sold, there will not be another press, and the "normal" album will be all that is available.  Good night and good luck.
