2009 is the closest title chase in the World of Outlaws 31 year history, and Tony Stewart Racing's (TSR) Kraig Kinser is looking to finish strong. It's only Kinser's 2nd year behind the wheel of the TSR No. 20 Bass Pro Shops/Chevy/J.D. Byrider Maxim, and he's looking to share the spotlight with the championship contenders in the final 2009 World of Outlaws race.
