I am writing to you let you know that Lili and I have started a small, charitable non-profit organization, Behavior Links, which will serve as a resource for families of children with special needs. We are registered as a tax-exempt public charity. Our mission is to educate and train families of children with special needs so they can feel empowered and be their child’s best teacher. We will be initially focusing on parent education workshops in Dade & Broward county as well as international parent education workshops; if all goes as planned, the first country we may be hosting our parent education workshop is Guatemala – we are waiting for all the details to be finalized. We will also be hosting community education workshops.

We will be hosting our first Fundraising Event on July 17th at 7:30pm at FIU (invitations will be sent out soon). Mark your calendars! It will be a Cocktail Party with music, hor d’oeuvres, and drinks included as well as an auction. Tickets will be only $35/adult and $25/child (ages 5-17).
