so i've noticed that since i've become a father, slight changes in the words i use and old phrases new meanings.  some examples:

"having the life" now means a quick bowl of cereal.

"tap that ass" has been replaced with pat that bottom.

"who's your daddy" is no longer a question to boost ego, but a question to charm a smile from my daughter.

"lets go to the bedroom" is now a chance to take a nap.

"a late night" means someone wouldn't go to sleep

cartoons that were family guy are now dora the explorer

lets go out to eat means, change the baby, get diapers, get wipes, make sure we have water and finger foods, should we bring baby food or feed her something from the resturant, should be bring a coat, socks shoes.

and the greatest part of all of this is that i wouldn't change it for the world.
