Hello again,
It's a new Lookout Watchdog after a little break and there are lots to report this time around as Lookout Records bands are kicking into high gear with new releases, tours and other exciting happenings. Since it's been a while, we'll dispense with the formalities and dig right into your June 2007 Lookout update. With future newsletters we'll get back on track with all the ponderous hodge-podge you enjoyed wading through while just trying to find out whether Engine Down's show
in your town was all ages or if there were any more Black Fork stickers available. For now, we'll stick to the important items. Speaking of which…

Don't forget to check out the awesome spring sale we're having in the
Lookout store as well - selected tee shirts are $5.00 and select samplers are selling for only $1.00! Wow!

Desoto Records website. Along with a track from The Oranges Band, the disc also features a song by Engine Down! You can purchase the cd on the
Catlick Records siteM.
Pretty Girls Make Graves Final Tour, News
Pretty Girls Make Graves just wrapped their farewell tour - but never fear, there is more PGMG-related news news...
While he won't be making music with PGMG any longer, bassist Derek Fudesco's other project, the Cave Singers, were recently signed to Matador Records. They've already completed work on their debut album, Invitation Songs, but a release date has yet to be announced. PGMG vocalist Andrea Zollo does makes an appearance on the album though, playing the washboard! Neato.
PGMG also recently got a pop culture shout out of sorts when they were name dropped on an episode of Gilmore Girls! You know you've arrived when indie rock geek Lane worships your supreme rockingness.
Dollyrots Video, Contest!
The Dollyrots just completed a video for the title track off of their new album
Because I'm Awesome – you can watch it on YouTube by simply following
