Please send some sort of note or message with your request, or you will be denied.

I really don't have time to go through a bunch of requests to figure out who is asking to be added and why they would want to be added.

Regarding Profiles:

Please try to refrain from loading your page with a bunch of pictures, videos, songs, and a complicated background. Some of us are still stuck on dial-up and are just not willing to wait ten minutes while your page loads. Besides, it starts to look tacky!
