Wholesome Ingredients
Our Granolas contain no refined sugars or hydroganated oils. Our Sourdough Rye and Whole Grain Breads contain organic whole wheat and rye flours grown and milled by a Minnesota farmer. Sunflower seeds, oats and sesame seeds are ORGANIC. We only use sea salt. Vegan options are one of our specialties.
Traditional Lickhalter Breads
Lickhalter rye: A hearty, fine-crumb, moist sourdough rye bread following the old Lickhalter family recipe.
Pumpernickle: A hearty, moist dark sourdough rye bread with a rich flavor.
Caraway seed rye: The Lickhalter sourdough rye with caraway seeds.
Swirl rye: The rye and pumpernickle swirled.
Twist: Pumpernickle and seed rye twisted together.
Pumpernickle french: baguette with or without salt topping.
Rye breads available in: 1 lb 8 oz , 2 lbs, 4 lb sandwich
Speciality Breads
Olive Rosemary: Kalamata olives and rosemary in 1 lb, 8 oz hearth loaf or 1 lb baguette.
Pestalozzi: Our traditional baguette, 1 lb; also available in 1 lb 8 oz hearth loaf.
Vienna White: A rich, flavorful Lickhalter white bread with or without sesame seeds on top, 1 lb loaf, 1lb french-style, 1 lb 8 oz , 2 lb sandwich.
Raisin babka: A round traditional raisin bread following the Lickhalter recipe, 1 lb.
Whole Grain Breads
Whole Wheat Sourdough Rye: 100% organic whole grain sourdough rye bread covered with sesame seeds, 2 lbs.
Sorghum Multigrain: 100% organic five grain bread lightly sweetened with organic Missouri sorghum; Healthy Bread! 2 lbs.
Honey Whole Wheat: with herbs or sunflower seeds; made with olive oil, 2 lbs & 4 lbs.

Cranberry Walnut: Sweetened local honey.
Missouri Sunshine: Sweetened with organic Missouri sorghum from Sandhill Farm.
