Roots Manuva has been nominated for another award, and golly, this one is large. The UK Festival awards are, according to one of our favourite papers, the 'festival equivalent of the Oscars,' so who are we to argue. Roots Manuva has picked up another nomination in the 'urban' category.

On a more serious note, there's a major prize to be won if you vote for Rodney. In the organisers' words - 'All fans who vote are entered in to a draw to win the ultimate live music prize - tickets for every winning festival's 2009 event as well as the opportunity to present the 'Best Major Festival Award' at The UK Festival Awards Ceremony at the Indigo2.'
