Calling all artists! Artwork entries are now being sought for the Pensacola Interstate Fair’s first annual poster contest, celebrating 75 years of quality entertainment. Entries must promote the Fair by including “Pensacola Interstate Fair, Oct. 22 to Nov. 1, 2009” and “75th Anniversary” in the body of the work. Artwork should also be thematically related to the Fair, the region and historical fair poster art.

Submissions will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Fair office located at 6655 West Mobile Hwy., Pensacola, FL 32526. All artwork must be submitted by noon on Wednesday, Sept. 30. All entries will be on exhibit during the Pensacola Interstate Fair, and the winning design will receive a cash award of $500.
