VALUES

Service:  We are dedicated to serving the poor to self-reliance through effective targeting, culturally tailored projects, and by placing them in the driver seat of our work.

Professionalism: We value a passionate, caring, innovative, excellent, and growth-mindset staff. ETP is committed to providing a collaborative and caring work environment for its staff, volunteers, interns, and partners.

Accountability: We are committed to transparency and accountability at all levels, including the poor communities we are serving.

Respect of African Traditions: We deeply respect Africa's cultural identity, and we integrate the customs and values of each community we serve into the design, implementation, and evaluation of our projects. We value and recognize that women are in general the backbone of every society. The African woman deserves special attention because they are the engine of Africa, yet they remain the poorest and most vulnerable sub population.

Stewardship: ETP is committed to being an effective steward of our donors' resources; to applying these resources in ways that will achieve maximum impact.

Partnership: We value and strive to develop strong partnerships and collaborations with the private and public sector, faith-based organizations, international institutions, NGO's, and national governments.

Leadership: ETP is committed to enhancing leadership skills in the communities we serve with the focus on women and the youth.
