I finally made my mind up to lose weight! I've been the "fat guy" for a few years now and I've had it! Sooo I have decided to eat right. I've been hitting it hard for a week now. Hopped on the scale this morning...BAM I lost 5 lbs. As silly as it sounds I feel better already. I have more energy too. I cut my sugar in half, eventually cut it out entirely. I do not eat anything after supper. I kicked Burger King and McDonalds to the curb . I won't say how much I want to lose but I have many days and months ahead to get to MY goal weight. I might post a picture every 20 lbs I'm not sure yet. Not even sure if anyone will read this.
