The holidays are over and it's time to get back to work. My husband is off to the busy restaurant and I'm flip-flopping between attempting to get My Light done on time and cleaning up the house. All with little energy left.
Over the Christmas Holiday, our family was given an even greater gift than we ever asked for. We were blessed with having our family together on Christmas Morning. It's something we all take for granted. However, my son was sick and needed to visit the Emergency Room on Christmas Eve. Because of his kidney condition, the doctors will usually admit him to the hospital after an ER visit, but Thankfully, Anthony did well and the doctors showed some mercy. We got home by 3:00 in the afternoon! Talk about a Christmas miracle.
There were many prayers said for my son, including a Rosary from my church's Rosary group and individual prayers from fellow authors and illustrators of My Light. Miracles can happen with faith and prayer.
May all of you experience a Christmas Miracle as well.
