I wanted to share with you all what we're doing and for Roadies, where this campaign is going. This is something I felt very strongly about, and wanted to help. For me it's been a two month challenge to be sure to find a way to make this happen. But I can finally say we're joining ABC in pulling together something I thought would never come to fruition.
Drumsticks will be sent for February 23rd to Stephen McPherson, now President of ABC Entertainment Group (which merges ABC Entertainment and ABC Studios into one unit) and Anne Sweeney, President of the Disney-ABC Television Group, to be donated to schools and music programs along with a note (as before) along the lines of "We want the band back together". An inquiry has been put into place for the drumsticks we've set in the past to Stephen, Anne, and Mark (now the senior advisor to the Office of the Co-Chairman), whether they were previously donated or not. If they haven't been, they will be added to what we're sending later this month.
This moves it away from campaigning for "October Road" and focuses on bringing the art form of music to those who don't have the tools or budget they need for musical instruments.

If you haven't already, don't forget to pre-order a copy of The Complete Second Season.
