After much running around and chasing our own tails, tonight will see the first shot fired in anger, as we start a process that only the truly stupid attempt: recording our first full-length album pretty much entirely by ourselves while trying to maintain full time jobs and at least a sliver of our sanity... Abercorn Recordings is the locale for this Herculean undertaking.

I would describe our initial condition as fresh faced, full of ideas and optimistic. But what lies ahead? Achievement, glory and sweet sweet ear candy...? Or a Hearts of Darkness-style odyssey into the nether regions of the human soul...? Soooo, like a group of pith-helmeted British explorers taking their first steps into the wild jungles of darkest Africa... we begin...

First up: drum tracks. I'm gonna go and sculpt my guns in preparation.
