Chicago transplant Adam Bones and California bred Ari Shine are devout students of classic songcraft. They’ve both made waves in the powerpop and rock worlds and are now teaming up for a tsunami of a fall tour. Shine has opened for acts like Silversun Pickups, Ian Hunter,Rhett Miller and Redd Kross while Bones has shared the stage with Sylvain Sylvain (New York Dolls), Rooney and Roger Manning Jr.(Jellyfish), and the Click Five. This November, Adam and Ari are bringing their high energy two man show to California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Nevada.
Hitting the road with two guitars and a batch of undeniably catchy songs, the duo make converts wherever they play. Ari has toured the UK twice and played live on BBC radio. Adam has covered the US with Australian darlings the Wellingtons. The press has been kind as well. Winning praise from magazines as diverse as Rock and Reel and the Village Voice, these are clearly two performers to watch.
