Someone will always find something to bitch about. I have had the cops called more times than I can count and they always say the same thing! "sounding good, turn it down!"

I guess I don't read your blogs often enough. Did you get this taken care of? Back in the day, when Rick and I lived in MWC, his band used to practice at the house, the same house our children slept in when band practice was taking place, we lived in a residential area, after the first time the cops got called to the house for him being too loud he checked to see what the noise ordinance was and come to find out it was very vague to  his situation, he called the city attorney who gave him more information, and accurate DB amounts that constitutes "noise", everytime after that when the cops came he always requested to see the DB meter and see what the reading was, which is what the city attorney told him to do, during this same time, there was a revival taking place down the street, and every night of the revival Rick called the cops to say that the preaching/singing was disturbing his peace, I was probably off somewhere praying, hoping lightening wasn't going to strike, lol. But now days thanks to Rick, if you are ever in MWC and you are say someplace like a car wash or park, you will see noise ordinances posted. Needless to say we ended up moving to a commercial zoned area. So long story longer, maybe you should check to see what ....your.... rights are. Just because you are being louder than what is considered "normal" does necessarily mean you are in the wrong.

this happend to us once and we decidedto instead play out side on the front porch and aim the amps right at their house instead ....soon enough they came out and asked us to stop we said fuck your self .. and kept playing ..the next day they bought us new cables and asked for a truce ... moral of story .... fuck em ..play louder aimed at their door and they buy you shit ..lol ..
