Hell all, We're back in Norway and so far it's been off the hook. It is so frickin awesome here i can hardly stand it! Everywhere you look seems like a postcard. The band this run is Al, Philip
Shouse and Adam Abrashoff. We arrived a few nights ago and as luck would have it, the hotel was not ready for us so we had a killer dinner and then drove about 5 minutes to a cabin which set on the lake. Perfect way to start the tour in my opinion as i love cabins overlooking a beautiful lake.

We had our first show last night in Sandane & it rocked. At one point my boot heel which is down to the nail was shooting out sparks on the floor everytime i stomped my foot. Thinkin how can i do that at every show? We played for the students kick off concert series at the Gloppen School and they didnt have any alcohol so i was a bit nervous since they were there just to hear the band and not "party". Music is the ultimate high so no one needed the brews to have a great time.

We made alot of new fans and according to some... "inspired them greatly"! I'll take that! I remember sitting in my high school watching a band that came to play for us and was thinking, man, i wish i could do that. So hey, dreams do come true!

We ended up the night hanging in the hotel bar where I would up singing duets with one of the guests at the piano. The guy sounded just like Bowie too! I don't know may lounge type songs so i broke out the ol stand by "crazy" & "the rose" to which the guests all joined in. I think Al got some of it on video so perhaps I'll post it for S & G. That would be shits and giggles.

We play tonight for a bunch of festival buyers so hopefully that will land us alot of work next year.
The hotel we are at tonight sits on a lake surrounded by mountains, greenest of green pastures , cool little houses and a church with a grand steeple. And my favorite smell is in the air! (Think Farms!)

I'm off to dinner and sound check in a few so i'll try and drop another update when I can.

Until then, here is a note i got this morning from a guy we met last night!
Yee haw :)

Hey Stacie!

Must just say thank you a lot for an out ragious performance in Sandane tonight!
Such energy and good songs! I was totally exhausted after watching you and the guys!
It..s so good to see a band give it all! Not just the leadsinger showing off, but the whole band in one!

Since they didnt serve beer at the concert I..m now listening to your record, taking a beer and just sorting the impressions!
John

Sounds great, Stacie! Glad you are over there making some serious noise! Looking forward to your return and the next hometown show here too!
