I gotta throw some other names in there too if you gonna say "best".  RasDNA is great but you can't forget Dirty B.  My favorite parties have always been when they get together.  There's always this third guy who messes it all up though. You know who you are. Oh well.  Don't forget DJ FIX too, me.

That's it your banned from D.C. lol.  Actually Hell Raver is pretty cool.  I think DNA and Dirty B have a bigger range though.  Hell Raver sure knows his Noise though.
