commentating by Mike Tenay & Taz ~ from the Bren Events Center in Irvine, California

"ULTIMATE X" TNA X DIVISION TITLE MATCH: champion Amazing Red versus Homicide versus Alex Shelley versus Suicide versus Chris Sabin versus Chris Daniels; Red Snatches the Title {PSYCHOLOGY: even though I came into the match about 10 minutes in, I still find myself impressed with what I saw!!}

backstage, Lauren Thompson bothers the Beautifullest People, where Velvet Sky makes fun of Lauren's apparent masculinity, then states that everybody knows that the Knockouts Tag Team titles were created for the Beautiful People, but instead they're put rather tightly {& she means tightly!} around the ample waists of Taylor Wilde & "Sarita" Sarah Stock; last month @ No Surrender, the Beautiful People were caught up in the Drama-Rama scene, so they weren't ready for their title shot, but now, they're ready to accessorize their sexy little outfits; elsewhere backstage, Jeremy Borash bothers the Knockout Tag Team champions, who are ready for any team, anytime, the Beautifullest People can keep making their excuses, while Taylor & Sarita make history; TNA KNOCKOUTS TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: the Beautifuller People (Velvet Sky & Madison Raine) versus champions the Babes in Blue (Taylor Wilde & "Sarita" Sarah Stock); Taylor pins Velvet with a 'San-Eye' Bridging German Suplex {PSYCHOLOGY: a successful title defense for the nice-looking champs!}

backstage, Lauren Thompson bothers Legends champion Kevin Nash & Eric Young, the latter stating that it doesn't matter what she says looks obvious about these 2 men being together, they've unified under what he calls the Hernandez Summit, the former LAXer is a stain on their profession & they're unified against him; call it a bribe, call it a payoff, it's win-win, since Big Sexy leaves with his title & Eric's $60,000, Young walks away relatively unscathed because of Nash's inclusion in the match & Supermex. . .  well, he gets to count some lights in the following TRIPLE THREAT, TNA LEGENDS TITLE MATCH: champion Kevin Nash versus Eric Young versus Hernandez; Young beats Nash with a Supermex Crotchrocket {PSYCHOLOGY: oh, please ask me what I mean by that!!}

"FULL METAL MAYHEM", 4-WAY TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: IWGP Tag Team champions British Invasion (Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams) versus Beer Money Incorporated ("Cowboy" James Storm & Robert Roode) versus Team 3D (Brothers Ray & Devon) versus TNA Tag Team champions Their Brothers's Keepers (Booker TNA & Scott Steiner); Devon Claims the IWGP Title & Williams Claims the TNA Title {PSYCHOLOGY: a little surprising, actually!}

TRIPLE THREAT, TNA KNOCKOUTS TITLE MATCH: Tara Varon versus champion ODB versus Awesome Kong; ODB defeats Kong with a 'Y Factor' Sitout Facebuster Onto a Chair {PSYCHOLOGY: well, yeah, I suppose! . . .}

backstage, Lauren Thompson bothers "Blueprint" Matt Morgan, who declares that he has something personal against Kurt Angle, but it's also a bit about business, he's a college-educated man, not just some kinda fee-fi-fo-fum giant; there's merit behind his intelligence & tonight he gets the Olympic Hero tonight, he tried hiding from Morgan but now he's trapped; he might've been an Olympic Gold medalist, but Matt's the future

TNA SUBMISSION MATCH: Bobby Lashley makes Samoa Joe Submit with a Side Choke {PSYCHOLOGY: nobody seems to have seen the Samoan Submission Machine actually submit, though! . . .}

backstage, Jeremy Borash bothers Executive Shareholder Mick Foley, who states that he can have many good ol' belly laughs after tonight's Monster's Ball match, but for now he's more than willing to beat the tar out of Abyss ~ records' like bodies, are meant to be broken & this won't be like handing somebody a flannel shirt & having them call themselves Hardcore, he's going out there to beat down that sycophant knockoff; Doctor Stevie Richards saunters down to the 6-sided ring as the Special Guest Referee in the following MONSTER's BALL MATCH: Abyss defeats the Hardcore Legend with a 'Goozle' Chokeslam Onto a Barbed Wire Board {PSYCHOLOGY: good thing they're not hemophiliacs!}

backstage, Jeremy Borash bothers Kurt Angle, who never underestimates anybody, in order to step into the ring with the Olympic Hero, you have to be a great wrestler; he proved to the whole world where he stood 3 days ago when he defeated Heavyweight champion "Phenomenal" AJ Styles, so now it's time to disassemble the disrespectful upstart "Blueprint" Matt Morgan in the following match, where Angle pins Morgan with a 'Victory' Rolling Pinfall {PSYCHOLOGY: shut the front door!}; after the match, Kurt extends his hand, in apparent respect, which amazingly enough turns into real respect when the Olympic Hero doesn't blindside him

TNA would like to thank Dead By Sunrise for the official song of Bound for Glory, "Crawl Back In" ~ check them out on http://www.myspace.com/deadbysunrise

MAIN EVENT, TNA HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: champion "Phenomenal" AJ Styles beats Sting with a Springboard Splash {PSYCHOLOGY: wasn't that the move he used to win the title in the 1st place?}; after the match, Styles calls the Stinger back to give something to his fans, he's in his home state & the 6-sided ring's his spotlight; Sting comes back down & picks up a mic, where he thanks the TNA Fans for their applause, he really didn't expect to be back here right now, because tonight's not about him, it's about the new Heavyweight champion, because if he can lose, he'd rather do it to Styles & would rather do it @ home; well, since he has this platform, he might as well answer something that he's been asked over the past few weeks, especially after yesterdays Fan Interaction. . .  he's not pulling a Brett Favre, but he wasn't prepared to answer this question tonight ~ he's not giving a big ol' Kayfabe answer here, but he just doesn't know if he's ready to retire yet. . . though from the reaction that he's gotten here tonight, he's certainly not willing to say goodbye just yet!
