Remembering Michael… I remember when “ABC” was easy as 123. When “I Found That Girl”. Yes, my “Mama’s Pearl ”. So I thought! Shortly thereafter, advising that same girl to “Stop The Love you Save” for it may be your own. “I Don’t Know Why I Love You” I recall professing to her on bended knees. Maybe it was that “My Forever Came Today” when she walked into my life. Truth be told, I even sang out “I’ll Be There”, “I Want You Back” and that I am “A Fool For You”. Thought I was her “Sugar Daddy”, then I thought “Maybe Tomorrow” she’ll come back to my arms. Did she listen? Only the Heart be told. Well, “She’s Out Of My Life” But hey, remember that was back in grade school. Can anyone relate? Yes I remember when many a childhood interests seemed to bare little consequence or gain in the grand scheme of things. Simplicity was the norm of the day. Just a child lost in the games of play. Guess one can “Never Say Goodbye” through the eyes of a looking glass. Thanks Michael! Despite the shortcomings, life has a bit more to be taken from and appreciated because of your contributions.
