While we will absolutely have a post on TWIP for our complete view of the Phillies, I just want to say it's been awesome watching the excitement of the entire Philadelphia region. The last time I was able to celebrate with a Philly team was when the Eagles made it to the Superbowl. I was actually on a cruise and as it happened, everyone we met was from the far northeast, which of course meant they were Patriots fans. I found myself in a theater on the cruise ship cheering my heart out amongst a lively group of people who wanted to hurt me. I clearly remember the game starting out in our favor, with me taunting the crowd, only to have the tables turned quickly. Here's hoping the Phillies can pull it off tonight!
