Okay, so an awful lot of roller derby history has gone by since March.  Back then, I shut my hand in a door and didn't want to type.  I healed up long ago, but am still too lazy to try to catch up.  However, I was able to recall some details of our league's history not long ago thanks to the MySpace, so I worry that I'll never remember anything if I don't make note of it here.  LiveJournal is still out of the question, as I am an old man.

A few hours ago, I returned from Las Vegas, a town that wants me dead.  I was able to watch a lot of flat track roller derby, announce a little during the challenge bouts on glamorous Fremont Street, meet a lot of very lovely people whose names I cannot recall, and drink just the right amount of alcohol.

If I live through the night, a full report may be forthcoming.  Goodness knows the details are hazy enough without my putting it off for weeks or months.  Also, while I still have a memory or two, I should say something about the Extravaganza in March, the Fur Brawl, the Philly bout I guest announced, Virgin Fest, and the four CCRG home games we've had since I last said anything here.
