If you haven't heard of them before now, today is your
lucky day! If you haven't heard their music yet....
you WILL. It's inevitable. And be prepared to be swept
off your feet, musically speaking. If you are a true
'baby boomer', like me, your fond memories of sitting
in your bedroom or on your front porch with your friends,
listening to, and singing along with songs like...
"She Loves You" and "I Wanna Hold Your Hand"...will
come flowing back, like it was just yesterday. If you
are young, and even still in school.... your new
saviours of basic British Pop, have arrived.
Embrace them.

Here is a fresh, wholesome young group of British lads
from Basildon, London...who may well make their town
the new Liverpool. 'The Peppermint Apes'... are an
exciting return to the venue of a "four-man band",
with a magnetism reminiscent of the days of "Meet the Beatles", and all superbly done... without any attempt at 'sounding like' The Beatles.

Finally, a return to excellence blended with simplicity in new British Pop music! These lads have already displayed their new-found popularity with a vibrant, fun video performance of their song "Miracle To Me",
which has already gotten over seven THOUSAND hits on YouTube.

The song is written by their rhythm guitarist and lead singer, Ryan Stanton. The video is a refreshing, smooth black and white clip, in which these lads seem to be having way too much fun, to ever call this 'work'. The drumming is precise, the guitar work borders on perfection, and the lead vocals and harmonizing are indeed flawless. And, it's just plain pleasant and fun to listen to.

I can hear the screaming teenage girls, now. I can see the cameras of a major TV network show, panning from one band member to the next, with these lads on stage, smiling all the while....and truly enjoying, doing what they do. In this writers' humble opinion, within a year, this band will be known on every continent....
and their music will be played, daily, by their fans. There is a new British Pop 'revolution'...... and
'The Peppermint Apes' gladly, if humbly, are willing to lead the way.
