Turnaround time are scheduled via the size of your order, number of colors of your logo, and how many other bands have orders already in-house. But most orders turnaround time is generally 10 to 14 business days. This does not include ship time, all orders ship via
UPS regular ground which usually will include the additional time of about 4 to 5 business days, it may vary depending on where you are located, destination access and driver route assignments.
We schedule all production times per the order in which we receive them,
it's a necessity - not an option to maintain quality no matter the sacrifice!

allowing for our "free preview" to color count guarantees the best quote
and allows us to suggest optional color setups for added savings .
In any case, before we begin the quote process...we must know color count .

info@xfactorygear.net2nd step* Once we receive the art and have determined the color count for your design... we'll need quantities, color of the actual product you're interested in like ( white tees / black tees ) etc. along with size or size breakdowns you want.
We then send you FREE quotes with FREE mockups and will often suggest other packages, offering savings, adding support products like stickers and options that include free gear to aide in your successful promotions.
3rd step* Once you're completely satisfied with your custom package....
Let us know you're ready to proceed with the process of successful syupport. We then send you a pre-production statement of contract, via pdf. for your review / records...itemized to detail your entire custom order.
In this same email we'll include your personalized link for processing...
unique access only for that client with a secure checkout window.
4th step* Once the production contract is ready, the
contract requirements met... scheduling will commence.

**Requirements For Art Or Designs To Be Print Ready**
NOT MANDATORY WITH INITIAL SUBMISSIONS BUT WILL INSURE COLOR COUNT ACCURACY AND EXPEDITE THE ART REVIEW PROCESS,TAGGED AND SCHEDULED SOONER FOR PRODUCTION.
Acceptable file types-Photshop (.psd), Corel Draw (.cdr), and Illustrator (.Ai)
Other acceptable files-Jpegs, Tiff., and Eps, Pdf., files. - graphics should be
set to print size and at a min of 300 dpi.
For multi-color prints-different colors must be on separate layers
and if using fonts-please include the name of the font(s) used.
