I have no idea why I went with that subject for this post ... maybe it was my cool animated logo flashing in my face over and over and over again. It's about a week until our first concert at our venue. Lots to do ... curtains to install ... stage modifications, more sound equipment, it never ends. Concessions, tshirts ... blah, blah ... just a lot of work. Currently we are hiring our street team to get posters out and spread the word for the dec. 13 show. Personally, I can't wait. but then I can wait and worry about all the details. Arrrggghhh. I want this so to be a success in pilot point ... a lot of bands really don't want to book out here ... it's a gamble, but when it gets big ... well, hopefully we will have a waiting list to play. but ... in the mean time ... we are looking for bands that have vision to create a ground swell of new fans north of the metroplex. To me ... it's a no brainer ... but we are far from the pretty, pretty lights. Oh ... that's where it fits.
