We are so excited that the turnover of once abandoned buildings and storefronts down here in the Plaza is happening quickly! That means more excitement and traffic for our growing little district. Here in the next 4 months the streetscape will have changed  dramatically with the opening of Velvet Monkey next door and the addition of residential/commercial units just like the ones that we and Collected Thread inhabit. Yes friends, you will have the opportunity to open up small business/studio/living quarters in the Plaza District that will make you the envy of friends and family. At the moment, one of the property owners is trying to find interested parties for a storefront.
