I have come to the understanding that I create my own reality. Sound crazy? I used to sit in class at school and struggle with the idea that I could just stand up and start shooting. Lay people out bloody and screaming on the floor, and that all it would take is my decision to actually do it. I have always noticed that I can mold and tweak my reality. So it seems to me that with enough focus I can create my reality.  If I don’t like a certain person I stop interacting with them, thus making them non-existent in my reality. Instead of making my reality harsh and abrasive by allowing problems with that person or subject to continue, or sending myself to jail for murdering them and changing their reality, I tweak my own and, poof, they no longer exist. I know that sounds so simple and stupid, and the response would be, sometimes it’s not that easy. But consider ones opportunity to advance socially, economically and mentally once one realizes that the key to changing/stopping the problems and struggles in your life is to change your own reality,  not someone else’s.  Don’t preach your religion, live it. Instead of feeding off of others lives and trying to change how they live, make your beliefs the only way to live in your reality. Surround yourself with people who believe what you do, act how you act, and provide a positive influence to your life. After all, when it comes down to it, we are not individuals sharing one world and existence; we are multiple realities co-existing at the same time. I will never be you and you will never be me. We will never completely understand each other. I do not see the same shades of color that you see. You are right, I don’t know how you feel. This is why mastering the skill of communication is so key to successfully having two realities co-exist positively. However, no matter how vividly I describe a masterpiece in an art museum that I saw, you will not envision exactly what I have seen.  You must take action and go see what it is that I have seen for yourself, and still, we will see something different.

It is said that without pain there is no love. Why is it that we cannot accept what we have as good in our lives until it is taken away? Who needs pain when you create your own reality? We are taught that when we cut ourselves we feel pain, it hurts, its undesirable… but what about the cultures that view pain as a way of becoming a man? That makes pain, love. If you love pain, is it still painful? If you love drama, is it still a negative thing? Creating and molding your own existence is key. We were given the powers of reason and creativity. Is it not time that we chose to use them? I heard a quote one time that said something to the effect of “some would say that without police you would be killing yourselves! But the police are only necessary in human society when there is spite between those who have and those who don’t.” I don’t only agree with that on a material level, but what if it is taken spiritually? If we all have the similar understanding that we can coexist peacefully and respectfully, why would we need law? After all the law is a man made and imposed form of control on your reality. Personally, I am not comfortable with the idea of that. One man, in his reality, can lock me up because we disagree about something as petty as smoking the wrong leaf. And if I take it across state lines or country boarders, now I am an international threat, and the punishment is severe. All over a leaf. Because one group of people decided they don’t want it in their reality. So, now the police are necessary, because there is spite between those who “have” and those who “don’t have” a negative opinion on the subject.

If we are taught to create ourselves, and not to be the mirrored image of what we see around us and some specific schedule of life, society as a whole will be allowed to jump foreword in its evolution. Imagine if we were taught to love ourselves and what we know as opposed to trying to always be something or someone other than who you are. Why strive to be like someone else? You are like someone else, the question is, can you find them? And that is half the fun of living and interacting with the general public. Don’t walk thru the mall mean mugging people and creating a harsh atmosphere, jump around, sing a song, laugh, and say hi to the people that look at you like you are out of your mind. To me, acting happy instead of fitting in to some status quo makes me more right-minded then anyone who opposes my option to be that way. Because they are trying to fit in or have already been brainwashed into how to act like everybody else. FUCK THAT. I will live my life, not anybody else will. I will live as me and not as anybody else. Why strive to be that other person I will never be? Why fiend to fit into your reality when it is easier and more effective to make your reality non-existent, and show you through my actions how happy and stress free one can be when they decide that they want to be.

WITH THIS NEW UNDERSTANDING, SMILE AT THE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BE LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE
