Hey friends, normally I wouldn't choose to endorse products (unless they pay me, of course) but I found this website that I am absolutely in love with and wanted to share with all of you.

It's a streaming radio program that allows you to input a favorite song or artist and compiles personalized streaming tunes that it thinks you might like. As you go along you can continually add preferences and such. And, it actually works. Most of the songs it played me were already in my iTunes, but as I added more artists and/or songs, my playlist diversified and contained more obscure stuff.  I'm always happy to find new music and this definitely played some I didn't know. Good stuff.

Another cool thing about this is that it will list a few attributes of the song you're listening to. If you're wondering, some attributes of "Hysteria" off of Absolution by Muse are:
electric rock instrumentation
a subtle use of vocal harmony
thru composed melodic style
a vocal-centric aesthetic
minor key tonality
melodic songwriting
electric guitar riffs
an emotional male lead vocal performance
prominent drums
