Female rappers or females period...are strong. And I hate 2 admit it. But men are hating on that & are trying 2 shut women down. But they can't. I predict a rise in female artists.....especially female MCs. 2008 & beyond is 4 the LADIES!!!!!! Much love & respect, love. :)

In my opinion, the problem is that female rappers try too hard to fit into the mold that has already been set for them. The little sex kitten, or the grimey chick that has the foulest mouth. I think the game needs a healthy dose of female energy. I'd love to see a woman out here spittin and killin these thugs with flows. There are too many tough guys these days, everybody's a gangster.
I think females should come out really talking to the female audience instead of tryin to spit solely for the fellas. Rhyme about the female experience from a female point of view. Fuck what all these guys have to say. That is the problem in hip-hop right now all across the board, guys and girls alike. Everyone is affraid to be different, I.E. themselves. Everyone wants to fit in that preset mold thats already over crowded.
So, my advice to female emcee's. Be you and not what they want you to be. Be a lady if thats you. Be a slut if thats you. Be the little weird girl from next door if thats you. Be that gutter bitch if thats really you. Whatever is really you, don't be affraid to be every aspect of that on the mic.
