As you may have guessed if you read my bulletin, last night me and mi mam went to Halifax for a party! 
It was brilliant! When I first got in I dint wanna take my coat off cause I only had on a crop top and although everyone else was walking around in skirts and pants, and short tops I was a little paranoid. Mum went and hung around with my mates in the bar (which was strange for both of us. They talked about Butlins, Catering and dogs).
Anyways, so I went into the main room and looked around and bought some stuff and all was good. But out of the corner of my eye I see a proper dishy guy. Well in the meantime people were just taking clothes off and changing right in front of me (which I never wanna see again). So when everyone started dancing me, Jo, and Claire went to have a 'boogie' and mum came and joined in. It was all good. This band came on and really got everyone going. They played lots of drums, and percussion. It was a Morrocan band. I'm now in love with Moroccan music. I want more!
Later on, I went to sit in the other room for a bit and talk to the organiser. (She's soo lovely and taught me some new dance moves, lol). I told her I wanted to play with the drums, and then she shoved me to this table with the band. I was like... '
'. They showed me some of the drumming sounds and stuff you can make and do and anyways, that fit guy I saw earlier came to the table and sat down and began playing with me- and the drum. It was brill! I played drums. They even asked me to go on stage and dance for them. But I was too shy and said no. Next time I won't though. So yea. That was that. It was brill! I got to dance and play this foreign drum. And that guy kept smiling and watched me dance. Unfortunately I left before he got off, but I'll see him again at the next party, so all's good.
I only wrote this cause I was bored, but when I get pics I'll show you all...
If I can find their website n all I'll bulletin it cause they're amazing. They go from lots of exotic unaccompanied drumming to songs and stuff... also the head guys a brill chef too apparently.
