I've been marooned in PA for almost a month now. Home's been keeping me somewhat busy- my friend asked me to do some corporate branding for his fledgling business, I'm tinkering with two comics, and actually catching up with my reading (I can read, who knew?)  The sites I'm working for TC are coming out pretty cool (might I add), though they are just roughs. Like all clients, I would imagine, he has no idea what he wants, so I'm throwing a few his way to see what sticks.

Today, however, I got the funniest commission! Amongst a few other sites, I'm listed in comicartcommission (under painter). It helped bring people to my site, and I did get an actual commission from it (which is grossly over due, and the fact that I'm here in PA not working on it doesn't help matters). Now it seems someone else wants to commission me, but it seems it'll be for my first ever erotic piece! I can't tell if he's a perv or legit. Only time will tell, but I still got a good chuckle. Though I am unsure what he's getting out by saying: "Incidentally, it's quite encouraging to know that you might be "friendly" to use your term, and, therefore,  I hope, pleasant to work with."  I am very friendly- in a polite proffessional- way. Not to friendly, wink wink. Ethan wouldn't be to pleased with me then.

In other news, my first solo show is coming to an end. As far as I know, I sold only three prints (one to a friend, though I didn't put him up to it). It's so sad to think those paintings will be hanging out, taking space, in my studio. Won't anyone take them home?! Money is smaller- more studio friendly.
