stay away from sweetened bottled drink such as coke
eat fresh fruit
include things like tomatoes and watermelons in your diet, coz they contain more water
go for fresh fruit juice
eat plenty of fibre
go crazy on veg
choose low fat substitutes
drink dry wine
have protein
have carbohydrates
have breakfast
say no to alcohol
adopt a vegetarian diet
eat white meat
eat high fibre multigrain bread's
limit your sugar intake
graze (as in eat small meals) 5 times a day
workout
control the sweet tooth
have meals at fixed times
eat when your hungry
don't snack out
snack on veg
count the calories
burn out those extra calories
don't skip meals
make chocolates a luxury
choose a variety of food, from all food groups everyday
collect info on exercising
stop when your body has had enough
don't slouch in your chair
sit in an errect posture with your tummy tucked in
try yoga
try massage
try punching your pillow
try breathing exercises
tuck in your tummy whenever you walk
instead of wadding up and down the stairs, try taking them two at a time
if you have somewhere high, to support your leg's. put your legs their and let them rest their for awhile
leave your mobile in a place, where you can hear it ringing
play tennis, squash and badminton
whenever you can, lean against a wall
join a dance class
go to the gym
don't stand, walk
don't sit, stand
stand up and stretch yourself every 20 mins
don't lie down, sit
keep active
when talking on the phone, trying walking at the same time
walk for 20 mins a day, four times a week
avoid drinking caffeine altogehter
drink less coffee
turn the music on and dance like wild
try strectching exercises
stop using remote controls, use your equiptment manually

omg russ....was knackered halfway down ur list & reaching for chocolate & alcohol lol!    so much for self control eh?!!! lol!
