For a long time I’ve wanted to go to the gym and try to live more healthy, so I finally took the step yesterday. With my friend Zoureena as my “gym buddy” we started yesterday.
Yesterday we only worked out for a half hour so I was very excited to go back there again today. Z! texted me that she wouldn’t go today, because her body was aching. She had already started a day earlier than me. I laughed at her and said that it was okay.
I went alone today and worked out a full hour and…
OMG!!! MY BODY EFFING HURTS!!!! 
Lol. Yeah what else did I expect? Not this, that’s for sure.
I arrived at the gym at 9.15 AM and warmed up on the “bike” for a couple of minutes. Then it was abdominal workout, upper body, arms and shoulder and last on the cardio machines. I was on the treadmill for 20 minutes to finish off.
And after I went home I could feel some tension in my body, but as soon as I lay down I could feel the tension growing. The pain erupted as soon as I stood up. Boy I almost screamed, because the pain was unexpected. I could barely walk. And just like a motor I had to take slow steps before I was able to get to my normal walking rate. I can feel my legs just burning up whenever I try to stand and walk.
Of course I expected some muscle ache, but this is a lot worse. But I’m not gonna be a baby about it, because I know this will all be worth it some day. I will take a few days off for my body to rest and start money morning again. My trainer told me that if I felt pain in the mooring I should take a few days off, and that’s exactly what I’ll do.
But I’m happy – though I’m in pain – that I finally took the step to to the gym and workout. I will try to go on a regular basis, cut back on all the junkfood and live healthier. So overtime I can achieve my hot beach body
