So, there is a bunch of new stuff to talk about, for those of you who care to know. Mainly, two biggies:

1) We are getting ready to record some new tracks;

It's about time we hit up Lou @ the Room again. We are addicted to his shiny melon and we're falling into a bit of a relapse. You want a guy who will throw everything he has into creating a solid recording mix, Lou will give it to you and then some. So where better to go to record 3 of our newest songs? We plan to hit it up in the next few weeks, so keep an ear out for something new.

And while we are on the topic of something new, it should be known that we are going through a couple of changes. When the new songs are done, and probably by the next time you see us, you may notice we sound a little different. Not to worry, folks --- we are still delivering enough energy to fully satiate the Decepticons, but as we grow into maturity, we have taken on new aspects to our style. I won't sell it, though... You'll have to listen and figure it out for yourselves. For most of you, you probably won't even notice. But it is worth mentioning.

2) We will be taking a short hiatus in the next month or so;

I've been answering a bunch of questions on why we don't have any shows booked right now. The short answer is that we will be doing some other things that will preoccupy most of our time, such as writing new jams, going over some old ones, recording, and the like. But it gets a little more intricate.

After our recording session with Lou, we are going to take a couple of months off. There may be some surprises here and there, but for the most part, we are going to pull a Favre. A large reason for such a long pause is due to the health of our much beloved lead guiarist, Danny Bloodbath. In his years (and there are MANY) of drunken debauchery and rock-n-rollitude, he has acquired a pretty severe injury that needs to be worked on. I expect him, post-surgery, to be some hybrid of Inspector Gadget and the Bionic Man. But regardless, we will need to take a small commercial break in order to allow the Bear Jew to recouperate. So, as of now, no shows for a while, although (as I mentioned before) surprises are not out of the question.

So there you have it. I hope you guys keep Danny Boy in your thoughts. The good news? While we are on a break we'll have some new stuff for you to listen to. And prepare your underwear, I hope they are ready to be soaked.
